Publishing and access

Publishing creates an immutable revision and a publication with a short slug. You can roll back, republish, close and reopen a publication.

Access modes

  • public — anyone with the link; optionally listed in the catalog.
  • unlisted — link only.
  • password — a passphrase (attempts to guess are throttled per address and per publication).
  • invite — personal, single-use invitation links sent by email (with reminders and revocation).
  • members — signed-in members of your workspace.
  • learners — learners of your organization's LMS.

Availability windows, attempt limits per participant, cooldowns, per-IP and per-browser limits, resume policy, consent and participant forms (name, email, custom fields) are configured per publication.

Results visibility

Choose what participants see after finishing: score, percent, bands or outcomes, their answers, correct answers, an embargo until a date, and certificates (issued above a percent threshold; verifiable at /certificates/{serial}).

Embedding

The embed code renders the player in an iframe with origin allow-listing, theme and size options. Embedded attempts use SameSite=None cookies and a capability token header, so they work inside third-party pages.

Catalog

Public publications can be listed in the catalog with a category, description, tags, level and cover image. Listing is moderated by platform staff.
