Platform administration and plans

The staff console at https://admin.asknex.dev is separate from the product and requires two-factor authentication; sensitive actions need a recent step-up. Platform roles (owner, admin, support, manager, finance, moderator, analyst) map to granular permissions.

Launch policy

Only the Free plan is enabled, visible, purchasable and assignable at launch. Pro and Team exist as configuration and stay disabled until staff enable them from the console; checkout is rejected server-side regardless of the interface.

Entitlements

Limits and features resolve in a fixed order: hard caps → emergency denies → deny overrides → allow/limit/quota overrides (per user, then per workspace) → plan → Free defaults. High-impact overrides require a second approver. Usage is metered per period (storage, AI credits, exports, emails, learners, editor seats).

Operations

Feature flags, system settings (rate limits, privacy threshold, override thresholds), job queues with dead letters, audit log, user suspension, scoped support access with consent, GDPR purge requests, moderation of public content and demo content management are available in the console.
