Learning management

An organization workspace can run a learner cabinet at https://app.asknex.dev/learn/{organization}.

• Learners sign in with email and password or with a personal access code (no email needed). Staff add them one by one, import from Excel/CSV, reset credentials and send set-password links (passwords are never emailed).
• Groups hold learners; self-registration links can expire or cap uses. Disciplines bind a teacher and an expert to a group.
• Materials are built from blocks (headings, text, links, PDF, images, audio, YouTube, tests and lessons) and versioned; classes pin a version.
• Classes are scheduled for a group with assignments: tests and other content (pinned revision), free text or files. Deadlines are timezone-aware; attempt limits, late policy and grading mode are per assignment. Publishing a class notifies learners.
• Submissions from attempts roll up automatically; free text and files are reviewed by teachers or experts with versioned, idempotent reviews. Participation grades, a group gradebook (CSV), class result tables, debts, calendars, notifications and learner–staff messages complete the cabinet.
